We are romantically attached to the espresso method of brewing coffee. The flavour is intense and can be drunk on its own or with milk.
We brew according to the below
- 20g dose of ground coffee
- Liquid yield of 45g
- Brew time 30 seconds
When brewing espresso, ensure the coffee is evenly distributed in the basket. The coffee should then be tamped to create an even seal. An uneven seal will result in uneven distribution of water and uneven extraction.
